Sweatin' with the Sweeties Success

So things went well enough last Friday that we decided to continue this activity and schedule it for every Friday morning until further notice! :) We will be meeting tomorrow, Friday, January 30th, at the West Hills Building at 10 am dressed and ready for a work out. First we will be doing exercise with the kids (we've got a YogaKids DVD this time that we'll try). Afterwards, us ladies will have our turn while the kids play and/or eat. We hope to see all of you there; it will be a lot of fun!

Things you may want to bring:

toys, balls, etc for the kids
snacks
water
work out towel
yoga/exercise ball (if you have one)
light weights (if you have them and/or want to use them)

Sweatin with the Sweeties

This Friday January 23, 2009, we will be having a mommy and me workout for playgroup. We will either work out to a video or put together our own little routines so that our babies, and children can work out with us. Then the kids can have free play while the mom's do a more intensive work out. Unless otherwise notified (a new post) we will be meeting at the West Hills church building around 9:30- 10:00 am. I will repost with a specific time. It is suppose to get warmer but if the snow stays we will reschedule the work out and play in the snow instead!! We look forward to seeing you there! (may want to bring: work out towel, waterbottles, healthy snack, balls/toys for the kids to play with while we're exercising)

SAD... SAD...

Boo hoo.. we are all sad to see the Bennett's go! If you would like your chance to say goodbye there is an openhouse this Saturday Evening at the Quayle's house starting @ 6pm. Bring a snack to share if you can... and talk to Tonya, Desi, or Kim for more DETAILS.
Also be looking out for a post about one last Girl's night/day out with Morgan!

We are planning the playgroup for this date at Kelly Lucas's house. Let her know if you need directions. And if anyone has any ideas for this coming week Friday the 9th, just let me know so I can post it. It dosen't have to be Friday so if you know of any events let me know. I know that Kim goes to story time downtown Wednesday's if we want to do that. Just let me know and I will post it. And if anyone has pictures of the party let me know or send them to me and I will post them.
