Cancellation

due to lack of possible attendance the Sweatin with the sweeties exercise class will be canceled tomorrow Friday Feb 28! Thank you at hope you all have a good day. If it is not raining some of us might be meeting at the park.. we'll let you know.

Sweatin with the Sweeties

Sorry about last Friday.. Hope nobody showed up I forgot to write a blog that our class was canceled due to doctor's appts., trips, homework, etc. This Friday at 9:30 am we will resume our workout sessions at the West Hills building.

Playgroup

If it is warm enough Wednesday afternoon around 3:00 there will be a playgroup at French Memorial Park... and the mom's can jog/ walk if they would like. Any questions you know what to do.. leave a comment and we'll get back to you!

At a loss...

This week is Valentine's Week so naturally we want to plan our party but there are some scheduling conflicts.. if we do it certain days certain people are left out... it is very overwhelming because I don't want anyone to be left out.. so here is what we are going to do.. you are going to help me decide when to do i by taking a vote.. I had originally thought to do it Friday after/during the workout.
A) Friday
B) A belated party a week from Monday
C) A very belated party any day next week
D) A totally different day/ your suggestions (which will require another vote)

Sweatin with the Sweeties II

Sweatin with the Sweeties has been so much fun that we are making it a permanent adventure. It will be Friday Mornings at 9:30 am. We will meet at the West Hills building. And it is open to everyone.. it is going to be considered a mini meeting for Relief Society so even if you don't have sweeties but you want to come sweat with us.. you are welcome.
We recommend that you bring:
Workout towel
Water bottle (for you and each of your sweeties)
Toys to entertain sweeties (last week the trucks were a success)
Work out videos/DVD's that you would like to try
Snack/ Lunch for the sweeties
Work out ball
Weights
Resistance bands (anything that you would like to share to enhance our workouts)
Fun CD's for the kids to listen to
The weather is suppose to be super warm and nice this Friday (last time we checked)... IF that is the case then we will have the Mom's workout first.. then we will follow Kim to the park nearby the church for the kids to have some FREE PLAY outside, so you will want to pack a lunch and clothes appropriate for the weather. If you have any questions just ask them in the comment section and we will answer them.
